The price of Hot air ballooning in Oudtshoorn is pretty expensive. The duration of a ballooning flight is 45 to 60 minutes, but can be longer or shorter depending on the weather and suitable landing spots. From start to finish is 2-3 hours. Ballooning takes place at sunrise and you fly wherever the wind blows.

Times

  • In summer we launch at 5h15 am
  • In winter we launch at 7h00 am
  • We request that you arrive 15 min before launching and enjoy a mug of hot coffee or tea while we inflate the balloon for your flight

Clothing

  • Whatever makes you comfortable, preferably casual cloths like jeans & flat, sturdy shoes
  • Bring a hat to shield your head from the burners & remember your camera & binoculars
