8 Aug 2008. At 1900, a City to City bus was involved in an accident near Ixopo (KwaZulu Natal Province of South Africa), at the Morningside turn-off. The bus had a side-on collission with a minibus taxi on the R56, resulting in seventy three people being seriously injured. The accident follows hard on the heels of a number of SA Roadlink bus accidents (3rd June and 28 June 2008), and will probably result in similar PR problems for them (which is a good thing).
