In our previous two surveys KLM flights and Air France flights (KLM & Air France are in partnership) were the cheapest from London to Cape Town (£519 pounds last time and £509 pounds in the previous survey). This time British Airways flights are the cheapest flights from London to Cape Town, at £519 (which is a better deal than you got from KLM & Air France in the previous two surveys).

27 Dec 2007	British Airways flight BA0042 from Cape Town (CPT) to London (Heathrow).

Both the British Airways flights from London to Cape Town as well as the flight from Cape Town to London are direct flights.

Change in flight prices from London to Cape Town

On average flight prices from London to Cape Town decreased from £683 (in our survey on the 21st August) to £645 in our survey on the 30th August, a drop of £38.

Airlines which decreased flight prices from London to Cape Town

There was a massive drop in the price of British Airways flights from London to Cape Town, from £791 to £501 (a drop of £290). Qatar airlines, SAA and Virgin Atlantic flights also saw falls in prices.
