Kalk Bay cheapest accommodation with best view revealed

Whilst exploring the steep cliffs above Kalk Bay we spotted this cave on the crags below St James Peak, and decided to scramble up to it. Once up and in the cave we were shocked to discover somebody's hideout. Why they would require a pickaxe and pliers we can only guess.

This pickaxe certainly is not standard issue for hiking! On the thin ledge of the cave there was also a tent and groundsheet.
