A 50% deposit was required prior to arrival to secure the booking, which we paid with a bank transfer to Tsogo Sun Caledon PTY (Ltd), Nedbank (we settled the balance with a credit card payment).
The Caledon Hotel allowed cancellations as follows:
- cancellation more than 30 calendar days prior to arrival - entitled to 100% refund;

- cancellation 2 days or less prior to arrival: entitled to no refund.
Check in was allowed from 14:00, and check-out had to occur before 10:00.
The spring baths were closed on Mondays, so we carefully chose our dates.
